Only thing bad , is that my speakers are missing . I hope that they wouldn’t lie to me . Idk if the first place took my speakers or if somebody on their end but their definitely missing .

Was a great experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful, locked my keys in my truck..lol. They were very fast about getting someone to help me once someone was available, auction was running at the time. The man in the maroon Ram tow truck was a lifesaver. Thank You
The absolute worst auction I've ever been to in over 30 years in the car business. The people were not friendly or helpful at the auction. We almost left before the auction but there were a few nice trucks there that I could sell. We asked three employees where arbitration was before we found it. The so called mechanic told me there was nothing wrong with the transmission although it had metal shavings on the end of the dipstick. Another car was checked in with the wrong odometer reading. The paperwork showed it having 1000 miles more than the odometer read. I'm sure that was an honest mistake when they checked it in. My problem with that was that it shouldn't take 9 phone calls to the auction, 2 calls to the dealer rep, and two weeks to get it straightened out. My last two calls were to speak to the auction manager who has yet to call me back, now over two months later. The people answering the phone were cold and seemingly unconcerned. I understand that problems may occur. But the apathy is just over the top there.
